Within the framework of the right of withdrawal, defined in Article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 clear days from the date of receipt of his order to return any item that does not suit him and request an exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs.
The returned item must be in good condition, must not have been worn, must be in its original packaging and must be accompanied by the corresponding invoice or a copy. Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled by the customer are not taken back.
For obvious reasons of hygiene, no exchange or refund will be made by MADFACE for items such as caps, swimwear and other underwear.
MADFACE does not exchange. The customer will be reimbursed for the item(s) returned in the form of a credit note, then offered delivery on his new order, over a specified period of time.
Upon receipt of the returned item(s), the customer will receive an email confirmation of receipt and refund in the form of a credit note, as well as a promotional code allowing him to benefit from the delivery offered on his next order, over a given period.
